hey guys just updating before i head of to Labrador for my final race of the 2010-2011 season before taking off till I head to Winter Prak the 24-28 for the 2011 NASTAR National Championships

hey guys i'm here and deeply into the last month of dryland training as the ski race season is set to start the end of november in loveland, co. getting the last finishing touches in now
hey guys i just started school this week and its going great so far.....back to the gym a lot doing a ton of lifting, riding, and dryland training exercises....lookin forward to gettin back to the snow for the real training
